Well this is what I usually run while I am doing orders for a B/P group.
N/MO
Order of the Vampire {E}
Order of Pain
Healing Breeze
Heal Area
Heal Party
Blood Ritual
Rez Signet
Rebirth
Blood 16 (12+3+1)
Soul Reaping 12 (9+3)
Healing Prayers 9
Protection Prayers 3
I have a 20/20 collectors blood staff, with a +5 energy head and a 20% enchantment mod on it.
If anyone has any inprovements on this let me know, I am always open tro suggestions

I use the same as Thelessa, with my attribs being just slightly different. Heal area helps out the MM and is an easy way to deal with the sacc costs. Heal party is just a little boon to the monk and since you will pretty much bursting at the seams with energy why not help out. Plus there seem to be more and more Err 7s lately and if your monk drops it's good to be able to keep going. Breeze for yourself usually. I take B. Rit depending on my monk.
equipment is same too (but with me a +4/+19%. i'm cheap )

Wow nobody does it the same way as me I guess.
For the orders part I actually just use OoV and OoP but i do a cycle of blood constant blood renewal and cast the orders between it.
Order: blood renewal-OoV-OoP-Oov-Blood renewal-Oov-Oop-Blood Renewal
This way i can keep one of the orders up almost constantly.
Other than that cycle I bring some healing skills because monks seem to leave a lot.
Some orders bring things like vamp gaze and touch but I just don't see the reason for it they should be tied up with orders the whole fight. And another thing some people bring is Well of Blood wich i think makes things worse it doesnt help because i've done orders and MM in tombs and its horribly hard to be a MM when orders is using up bodies.

I keep the "hard" rez for the monk or MM, if they go down you need to get them up fast. I use rebirth on the rangers.

Blood Renewal is far more effective than Healing Breeze for a self heal.

For sure, but you can't use Blood Renew on another player. For myself at least I find Heal area works best as a self heal as it's all "all at once deal". There are times when I need to fire off a sacc spell quick and find myself already at low health. With Breeze or BR I have to make sure I time it right and let the quicker regen heal me before getting that spell off. With HA it's bam! a quick 120 health. It's not exactly energy efficient but I usally have energy bleeding out my ears when I'm BPing.
And Breeze is a little more helpful when someone has gone down and just been rezzed. They move to the back, I breeze them and Rit them to get them back in the fight as soon as possible, while the monk concentrates on keeping the active fighters in prime shape.

Well I suppose that depends entirely on your monks. Surely they should be the ones healing your party, why you stand safely way out of range firing off orders?
As far as effective healing goes; Orders Necros work sort of like 55hp monks, they are more effective with lower health. Most run two or even three superiors, so the sacrafice cost will be less (and thus regenned faster by Blood Renewal). Low health being dangerous? Well this is where the "stand safely out of range" thing comes in. All in all you will be a much more effective orders spammer with lower HP and Blood Ritual.

As for weapon I took the 20/20 blood collector's staff and put a +5 energy and 20% enchanting mod on it.
I have been playing around with a slightly modified orders build since the nerf:
OotV
Healing Breeze
Heal Party
Mending
Rebirth
Heal Other
Blood Ritual
One other skill of your choice, possibly aegis.
Throw everything into Blood to 16, then the rest is Healing, and the remaining points into protection.

All true, and I run with 3 sups for easy regen. When I say low health I mean low current health. As in just fired off 2 orders and B. Rit on the monk. I'm not concerned about getting tagged by the enemy but there have been one or two occassions (I'm ashamed to say) that I used Blood renewal or breeze then added a heal to my "mental cycle", scratching it off the list of things to be aware of. Action got more intense and I outsacced the higher regen. . From then on I used a one time massive heal when in energy high zones.
All the BP groups I've been in have one monk (and sometimes none). With a 19% enchant mod I always have time between Vampire and Pain to get another spell of. Whether it's blood rit for the monk, heal area for self heal, or heal party cause I have the energy and nothing better to do with it depends on the situation.
I've thought about replacing breeze with Succor and casting it on the monk.. but I always convince myself not to for some reason.

My orders necro that i conjured up uses pretty much just four skills the whole time: OotV, awaken the blood, heal area, and Blood ritual. I also have heal party, healing breeze, restore life and rebirth equipped. 16 in blood some in soul reaping and 10 in healing. My equipment is the 20/20 collectors blood idol from the desert and a firey flame spitter with a 19% enchant on it (cheap i am )
I use awaken the blood, then i fire off orders, then use heal area and repeat. It's actually quite effective and i have gotten some good compliments how good my build is. I use BR every once in awhile on the monk and MM and use heal party sometimes.

OoV may not stack with OoP but that doesnt mean you can keep it going constantly.
No harm in bringing both and alternating.
I prefer Other to Breeze, if i need self heal i just use Area (occasioanlly stood close to other players who might need it)
I always have 1 slot that i never know what to do with though. Tried Shadow Of Fear, Enfeebling Blood, Well of Blood, etc, just can't decide...

It does not matter what armor you use, I use bonelace and with 11 on soulreaping its not a problem to have full energy all the time.
